She is an awarding winning Social Worker and Philantropist who works in field of education.  She is the President of "KhemOmi Welfare Foundation" who provides scholarship to student's from various  ethinic background, socio-economic background, culture, gender and community. She is also the present president of Seto Guras organization situated in Butwal.  She has been actively working for the Women Empowerment since 2005.
