Bibek introduced themselves as an intersectional queer youth activis who has been involved in the Queer since 2014 in Nepal. Bibek has been more focused on the insectional issues of hte queer communcity: Bibek came from the grass-roots level and has experience working with various NGOs and INGOs. He is a Kanthari participant, which is an international leadership course, member fo the Youth Activist Leaderships Council in 2017; a U.S> Embassy Youth Council member in 2018; and Nepal's emerging leader in 2019. Bibek likes to take initiatives. Bibek has already done projects such as "acceptance" and "LGBTIQ+ dialouge with the Local government."
